2C2IA is a pet project of the NEPP or the National English Proficiency Program. It started in 2006. I was just lucky to have passed the English proficiency test then so I got trained. It is more of a program that replaced the 4Prong approach. Thanks for dropping by. if not too much of an asking, pls follow my blog. thanks again.
